INTRODUCTION
The Owner’s Association (CS) consists of elected members. It liaises between the committees and the co-owners to ensure a smooth running and management of the site.
The CS fulfills several purposes, for which it is held to account each year at the Annual General Meeting.
> Advice
The CS can offer advice or may be consulted regarding:
• All questions regarding the CS
• All contractual plans of the CS
The CS must in all respects be consulted on progress of contracts whose costs exceed an amount in advance at an AGM
> Help
The CS collaborates with the Syndicate in the following:
It takes care of, in particular, the setting:
• Of Syndicate contracts,
• The Progress of these contracts,
The Agenda of the annual AGM is created in conjunction with the Syndicate.
> Monitoring
The CS monitors the administration of the Syndicate. To that end the CS can question every part or document relating to the management and administration of the CS ownership, or of interest to the co-owners Association, notably:
• Files
• Emails,
• Letters/correspondence
• Registers.
It can freely make copies of these documents
